Icon Time RTC-1000 2.0 Web-Enabled Universal Time Clock

The RTC-1000 2.0 Web-Enabled Universal Time Clock supports universal connectivity to Ethernet, USB, or serial port communications, so payroll managers with an Internet connection and standard browser, can now access data anywhere, anytime. When Internet access is not available the time clock can connect directly to a PC. In either case there's no software to install, making access easy via Windows, Linux, Macintosh, and many other operating systems.

Employees punch in as normal with a PIN number or proximity badges. Then, from a browser, you view real-time data and print reports.

Optional Software Packs

Management Plus Pack:

Categorize employees in up to 32 different departments. Supports pay differentials by department, as well department-based reporting (with support for creating custom reports). Even supports department transfers directly at the clock.

The Management Plus Pack also allows multiple user logins to access the time clock software. Logins are password-protected and each user account can have different permission levels.

Mobility Pack:

With automatic e-mailing of alerts, your employee time clock does the work for you! Send e-mail alerts to an unlimited number of recipients.

The Mobility Pack also includes the SSL option to help keep your data secure and protected when accessed online. E-mail alerts include:

  • Approaching Overtime - find out ahead of time if an employee is going to hit overtime
  • High Hours - notifies you when an employee works too many hours
  • Low Hours - notifies you when an employee works too few hours
  • Log Punches - great for keeping in touch while on the road

Rules Plus Pack:

This option activates the use of revision zones, enhanced overtime preferences, and non-worked hours for your punches.

  • Revision Zones - help to manage payroll costs by preventing employees from gaining extra time by clocking IN early or OUT late
  • Enhanced Overtime Preferences - allows you to customize your overtime multipliers and adds level 2 overtime that can be set by day, week, or consecutive day
  • Benefit Tracking and Accruals - track and manage sick, vacation, and personal time benefits. Automate the maximum accrual amounts, yearly carryover, and borrowing of benefits
  • Non-worked Hours - add non-worked hours to an employees' timecard such as off-site work, bonuses, etc.

Web Punch Clock Pack:

This option allows you to capture your employee's punches anytime, anywhere using a browser-based time clock that runs on LAN, WAN, Internet, or a stationary computer. Web Punch Clock is offered in packages of 5 employee licenses, with maximum of 25 employees. The Web Punch Clock also offers advanced functionality, like IP location restrictions and GPS tracking to help better manage your employee's punches.

  • Employees clock IN/OUT from web browser over Intranet or Internet
  • Employees can view total hours, last punch, break/department transfers
  • iPhone GPS integration allows managers to see employees' location on Google Maps
